We are a family owned & operated business, and have been since 1978. Art & Judy Alger started the business as a part-time gig in the evenings, and continued that way for the first 10 years, at which point Judy retired from her full time job and worked for A & J full time. When we added embroidery to the mix, their daughter Joyce joined the company. She is the embroidery guru! Jeffrey soon followed and worked off and on for several years until he started working full time at the company. Judy started engraving on cake pans in 2000, and came up with almost all of the designs herself. She spent many hours doing that, and loved every moment of it. Sadly she passed away in February of 2006. As of January 1, 2009 Joyce and Jeffrey have taken over the company and are continuing Judy's passion in engraved cake pans.
